The Woodcut Artist's Handbook: Techniques and Tools… av George A. Walker

There are a few woodcut books out there, but this one is the nice combination of step-by-step visual instruction and nuggets of wisdom from someone who's obviously both an experienced artist and a teacher. Good overview of different artists' styles and plenty of enthusiasm. Wood engraving and woodcut are both covered, but for engraving I would go with Simon Brett's book.
