While many publications are abut research & evaluation in general, few are dedicate to library & information science. This one is, and it is done quite methodically. While geared more for the researcher and the graduate student, it offers some interesting and informed concepts that will aid the practitioner in interpreting data as well as explains how to not only do some of this research but how to fund it as well. Recommended.
