This was 3.5 stars, a quick beach read. There is some history that I was missing at the beginning of the book, especially as I didn't think the story matched the blurb, but I eventually caught up. Kaley is an interesting character who needed to grow up (and finally did) and Bobby is just a nice guy in love with her. Nice read.

I had a difficult time getting into the first book but by the middle of the book I was wondering what was next. I had to wait till book 2 which I thought was way better than the first one, so I needed to read book 3. Book three was really good by now Merry has become a more mature character. I recommend the book but to really understand it all you will have to read the series. I can't wait for Indy's story and hopefully there will be a story for Kate since there was not much on her. I think that Kate would be an interesting characters as the heroine.… (mer)
