This book has a number of clear headed, practical chapters on subjects such as: Past life, Psychic Energy, Healing, Breathing exercises, and what they call "Scientific Prayer," which is an intellectual treatment of the Law of Attraction.

One breathing exercise, when used at the onset of a cold or similar malady, shortens the life of the cold, and is more than worth the price of the book. (Early in the book, around pg. 24, in the section on attaining harmonium. To balance a negative condition.)

Of course to make full use of this book requires a no small quantity of diligence and work, nevertheless it is clear that, if there be any truth to these principles, that work will pay off many hundreds of times.
