Sketching His Character av Enid Wilson
In this Pride and Prejudice variation (mainly set in 1821), at the age of 12 Elizabeth Bennet is gifted a crystal ball where she can she into the future. Later she begins giving readings, and she starts to see a gentleman and lady together. Then see meets Darcy - note that this story has mature content.
In the future, a time of magical Thetans, Thomas Bennet married an earthling and had five daughters, all who possessed Theta magic. Darcy is a Theta and wants a marriage with one of the Bennets to help him with a quest.

If you're looking for a decent read: look elsewhere.
I'm a fan of "What If?" stories, and understand that circumstances and situations change. I enjoyed this book for what it was, but found much at fault with it. The various situations our characters found themselves in were too "out there". I feel that Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy wouldn't have acted the way they did in a lot of places in this book.
I didn't mind paying for the eBook, but I wouldn't want this one on my actual bookshelf.… (mer)

Too much sex, not enough substance. The paranormal aspect seemed written for a much younger audience then the explicit sections of the book making the whole a bit incongruous. I also have a personal distaste for sex that is forced, whether it be by paranormal means or physical, especially when the female then falls for the perpetrator. bleck!
