Our books are available for 30-day loan to any classroom or school in any of the 144 school districts in the Lower and Mid-Hudson New York region that we serve.

We see our mission as helping to create and equitable and diverse social and economic fabric in New York state, breaking cycles of poverty and prejudice.

The NYS Hudson Valley Regional Bilingual Education/Resource Network serves 144 public school districts in the Dutchess, Delaware-Chenango-Madison-Otsego, Orange/Ulster, Putnam/Northern Westchester, Rockland, Southern Westchester, Sullivan, Ulster, and Otsego Northern Catskills BOCES.

We focus on increasing academic performance and graduation rates of English Language Learners (ELLs) using data-informed decision-making, and stressing the importance of early intervention, as well as the value of a high school diploma and college, to the well-being of our ELLs.
