Forty-three years of age, I stay peacefully in the Highlands of Scotland. A qualified nurse by profession, I now work full-time as a novelist.
Inspired to take the plunge into the literary world by an Acting and Performance course which I undertook at Inverness college and by my fantastic girlfriend, I subsequently wrote a play entitled A Dozen Black Roses which proved to be the prequel to my novels.

2012 will see me once more sat in my office writing my third novel. Jimmy Jack, now a Detective Inspector will no doubt be doing his upmost best to clean up Scotland whilst wrestling with his convoluted private life.
