Extensive and eclectic! Fiction and nonfiction, hard & soft cover; from reference (especially word books and dictionaries used in my work) to fantasy to crime to classics to how-to/self-help, gardening, preparedness, etc. You name it! Used to own an online book store but have recently closed that. Still have many of the books that were in my inventory; and although I have most of them ready to be sold in a yard sale and at some online sites, I plan on keeping a great many of the books just to read personally.

I'm a VORACIOUS reader - often reading a book a day or every two days. I can't put a book down once I've started it; I have to finish it. There's only been one book that I just couldn't finish in my several decades here on earth. I exchange books with several friends and family members; and we make recommendations to one another about books we've read, would like to read, etc. Have done editing in one form or another for many years; previously did medical transcription editing but now am a scopist/proofreader/editor/transcriptionist (scopist = edits legal transcripts for court reporters), mostly in the legal field.
Married w/a daughter. Used to own a nonprofit all-species animal rescue but no longer. Have several critters currently: A Valley Bulldog named George, 3 chickens, & 3 cats named Kola, Linard, & Kahlua. Love making my own soap, lotions, and candles. Love learning about being self-sufficient and saving money.
