Om mitt bibliotek
Cataloging my books made me see the patterns in here I hadn't noticed before. My youthful obsession with the Beats, I had no idea I had so much poetry. I have a definite thing for 20th C British intellectual and social life. And lots of gay stuff sitting in there too.Quite a few classics, and two books that no-one else has,a fact which I rather like.
Om mig
I'm a PhD candidate and sociologist at the University of Auckland. I'm also a gay man living with HIV, as well as being a lover of books, travel and culture in general.I've lived in Australia, the USA, and spent 8 years living in Turkey, which I consider my second home.
I travel a lot, love the Med and the Middle East, but am based here far away in New Zealand.
