Ketchikan High School has a comfortable, spacious and modern library with enough room to be occupied by three classes at once. Walls become floor-to-ceiling windows as they meet in the far corner thus giving the main seating area and atrium-like feel. Only by looking closely can you tell which plants are outside and which plants are in.

20 new computers were just added to the reference section (10 Macs, 10 PCs, 0 complaints), and we are working to weed and update the collection.

I'm a school teacher from Philadelphia who relocated to a remote part of Alaska a few years ago. This year, I've taken up root in Ketchikan (SE Alaska) and and learning to be a librarian.
