This account is a test for cataloging my personal library and recording the books I have read.

I have been working in various types of libraries since my first summer job in 1998. (I was 16). I have a bachelor's degree in History and a master's of library and information science. I worked for 8 eight years at a major abstracting and indexing service, then moved to Tennessee, where I work in assessment and collection development at a large state university. I enjoy reading, sailing, walking, and vocabulary control.
