My library is especially strong in the area of biblical studies, theology, and language studies (Greek and Hebrew). I also have holdings in the areas of church history and practical theology.

I am the pastor of a small Baptist church just outside the city limits of Des Moines, Iowa. My love for books was fostered by my father, who enjoyed reading books and building his library. During my college years, I worked in a library part-time. After graduation a full-time library position was offered to me, which I gladly accepted. For a time I even pursued a library science degree. Though I no longer work in a library, I still love to work with books and spend time building my personal library as well as our church library. I spend many hours a week reading books in preparation for my Sunday sermons. I also sell new and used books via an amazon storefront.
