My collection of books is completely random. We recently moved and I have boxes of books in the attic, so most of what I have is not catalogued. I am not terribly picky about the types of books I choose to read, because I am interested in a lot of different things - but if I don't like it, I won't finish it, which I think is a bad trait. I am sort of a snob about books, though. For example, I think John Grisham is laughing all the way to the bank, but it's not going to be with any of my money.

I work, read, cook and make jewelry. I have a teenage daughter who hates to read and loves overhead lights, so I would worry that my baby was switched in the hospital were it not for the fact that she loves mayonnaise as much as I do. I have a great boyfriend who reads everything I read just so I will have someone to talk it over with - until now, that is! Also, I cannot just look up a word in the dictionary and be done with it.
