Our mandate is to support literacy programs in the community, encourage a love of books and reading, and raise awareness of the valuable and impressive history, accomplishments, knowledge and skills of Indigenous people.

Operating since 2014, the Bruce Parisian Library is located at the Victoria Native Friendship Centre in Victoria, BC, Canada. Our space currently houses the largest Indigenous book collection on Vancouver Island.
