The Department of Ancient History at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia offers an Ancient Languages School. The program is offered twice a year in January and July. Beginners level classes are offered in January, with follow-on classes in July.

This is a week long program providing intensive courses in various ancient languages.

Languages (offerings vary based on demand and session) currently include:

Classical Greek
Koine Greek
Linear B
Latin
Classical Hebrew
Akkadian
Aramaic
Middle Egyptian (at intermediate and advanced levels)
Hieratic
Demotic

Previous session offerings included:

Coptic
Sanskrit
Syriac
Hittite
Sumerian

The next Ancient Languages School (MALS) will be held from 2nd-6th July.

They do online courses (very well taught too!)

(shameless name-drop) Larry Swain, the instructor, is a good guy and I'm sure these are quality courses. Also, knowing Larry, if you apply yourself he'll bend over backwards for you, if you try to coast, he'll forget you're alive.
