posts in this group in German?

What's your opinion on posting to this group in German? Might be easier to explain some questions than having to describe them in English?

I imagine the volunteers here will not have a problem understanding, unless it is in the German version of l33t speak. A small potential problem would be if LibraryThing staff wanted to follow and comment on topics not specifically addressed to them (which would be in English). Personally, I would say that it should be inclusive: replies in English are welcome in the middle of German topics, but I would certainly respect the wishes of those likely to make more contributions.

Ich denke, das hat sich entwickelt, weil die Gruppe gleichzeitig mit der Übersetzungsaktion eingerichtet wurde. Solange es um die Übersetzung geht, ist es wahrscheinlich sinnvoll, in Englisch zu schreiben, damit Tim&Co. mitlesen können. Alles andere können wir dann sicher in DE abhandeln :-).

Ich haette sagen sollen, dass es mir gleich ist, so lange ich nicht nach Ü ö usw. suchen muss. Sie verstecken sich irgendwo im Magen meines Computers, und wer hat Zeit? Ich nicht. Bei mir gibt es immer 'e' anstatt " . okay?

Ich denke ue, ae, oe sollte kein Problem darstellen. ;)
