Takes of the City series by Armistead Maupin

Just saw the trailer for the new adaptation of this series of novels from Netflix that looks great but also made me think an omnibus edition by LOA would be most welcome! Has there been any hint recently? Queer fiction gets little attention usually so this would be a pleasant surprise.

No sweat -- I even managed to get it wrong myself, since it is TALES OF THE CITY (never read the books or watched the series, but for some reason I've always "heard" Tales From the City).

Still hoping for some sort of announcement of, if not this, then another LGBTQ-related volume for Pride Month and 50th anniversary of Stonewall. But this series would be wonderful as an omnibus!

Speaking of queer writing, this is another milestone I would love to see make into into LOA, as a mainline publication. There are nine books in the series, probably too large for a single omnibus but divides nicely into three books in a slipcase!
