collections menus seems to need refresh

I have been adding new books and want to add them to several collections. But after adding a book to a collection (using either the book information page or the "your books" listing), the next time I use the collection pull down menu it is blank. Then I try it again and the information is all there again. So I add the book to a second collection. Then I use the pull down menu and it is blank again (doesn't display anything). But again a second use of the menu displays all the collections again. I thought I was just doing it too fast, but there doesn't seem to be a difference in selecting the menu again immediately or after 5 seconds or so. It seems to be doing it very consistently. Using Safari 14.0 on Mac Catalina 10.15.7.

It was fine for awhile, but it is doing this again.

I'm seeing some server spikes yesterday morning but they seem to have cleared after noon or so, EST. This could be related. Are you still having problems?
