Help me find a book

I read a book about a woman that broke up with her boyfriend, she kept the house and because she was struggling she decided to rent out some of her rooms, she fell in love with 1 of the lodgers I think he had a son 1 of the other lodgers was a young girl that used the laptop that the women kept in the Kitchen to go on dating sites i think she died
I thought that Katie Fforde wrote it as the book is in her style but i can not find it Can anyone help
