I can’t find this book please help

I’ve been looking for this book for years and can’t find it. It’s a children’s book about a little girl (I think her name was Sophia) and she meets a stranger on the street and he shows her his genitals and she goes home to tell her parents. The whole book is about body consent. I also remember a scene where she is home alone after school and she calls someone and it’s raining outside.
