So what are we reading these days or looking forward to? I'm excited about My Father's Paradise, Sarah's Key, Dawning of the Day and Isaac's Torah. What about you?

I read Cool Jew by Lisa Alcalay Klug. It was a June Early Reviewer book. I was less than happy with it.

I saw a forthcoming book, The Dawning of the Day: A Jerusalem Tale, by Haim Sabato on July's ER listing. Although I didn't snag the ARC, I will be looking for a copy of that book. A previous book, Adjusting Sights, that I read by the same author was excellent.

I didn't get Dawning of the Day from ER either but it's on my wish list and I'll read it one way or the other! :-)

I'm getting an ER copy of Jonathan Keats, The Book of the Unknown. Looking forward to seeing how that is.

My copy just arrived (a few minutes ago to be exact) and I'm in SoCal, so yours should show up soon. It's looking good (I so hope it is!).
