My Kindle just froze on a page and after attempting to charge it, it's still frozen. Has anyone experienced this? Suggestions?

It is a rather common phenomenon. If you will take off the rear cover you will find a very small hole labeled reset. Use a paper-clip to push into it and the Kindle should restart. If it will not restart, call the help line.

Thanks, xenchu. I talked to them and they had me do exactly that. I shouldn't have been surprised since I sometimes have to unfreeze my iPod.

I had that happen once but I just turned the power off and on and that fixed it but I have heard that some people have had to use the reset button. At least you didn't need to send it in!
