Since I've been posting several pictures of my boys, I'm going to try and keep random pictures of them to this thread.
4FAMeulstee
nice photo of the boys looking outside, what was grabbing their attention?
5kirbyowns
This picture is of them realizing that I'm there taking their picture. They are looking at my feet.

*giggle*
Kirby has always watched our feet to figure out what we're doing. He knows certain shoes are for work, certain shoes are for walks, certain shoes are for around the house, and others are for us leaving him (other than work).

Kirby, your dogs are adorable! They make a great pair.
#9 I love this pic! Finnegan looks like he's ready to play but Kirby was taking a nap.

He cracks me up. He'll come running from the other side of the house if he hears someone getting ice.
19kirbyowns
Kirby does the same thing, except for the microwave. Especially if he hears popcorn popping.

That is great! I love the picture. obviously they are looking at each other and thinking in unison, "I can't believe what they did to you!"
23Mandy2
teehee, I should have done that to Pepper since one of my nick names for her is bunny or bun bun
27kirbyowns
They didn't bug him at all. I don't know how he managed to get them turned that way, but he wasn't bothered by them. He was too busy watching Kirby.

Your two are quite the pair! Can they stand to be seperated? I keep going back to #21 & reading #22 and just cracking up. I am a Commercial Credit Mgr., the boys have been my stress relief.

I LOVE that picture of Finn. Is he off leash in the second picture? Good puppy to stay nearby! I don't trust Miles yet but I hope I can someday. Oh, how warm and sunny it looks! We've had clouds and wet for too long!!
40kirbyjack
I don't trust either one of them off the leash. Finn is on a 20 ft lead. It's straight (unlike Kirby's) so you can't really see it. Usually we're on the 40 ft. lead for playing outside.
41lefty33
Wow, I can't see it at all! I have a 30-ft lead I use for Miles when we're somewhere with lots of room. I love it -- one of the best things I ever bought. I don't like retractable leashes and thought that was the only option for long leashes. Thankfully I found the one I did before I gave in and bought a retractable. I suppose a horse lunge line would work just as well, come to think of it.
42kirbyowns
Both of their leads are all weather types. It's metal with hard plastic covering it. They are made to go on the end of the steaks (the little silver things you see in the pictures). Keeps my hands free to throw and play too.
You have to be careful though. I got caught in one several months ago and got hurt. The lead had wrapped around my leg and Finnegan had pulled. My muscles were bruised which made me limp for about a month. It also burned a spot when it rubbed. I have about a 4 inch scar from it. It was not Finn's fault at all. It was my fault for not paying attention and getting out of the way. Regular leashes will do the same thing if you get caught in them.

I've gotten wrapped in the long one before too when Miles was running. It left a rope burn but definitely wasn't as bad as yours. I've been a lot more careful about staying clear since then!

#38-Look at Kirby & Finn! Finn looks like "This day was created just for me"!
You have probably stated this & please overlook but what is the age difference between these 2 handsome boys?

OH GOODNESS! I love this boy! In these pics he looks like he could be related to Harry Potter!
Finn is such a ham, he's so much like Ben. "Anything for you Mom"!
What a joy he is!

Those are GREAT pictures, Kirby! The one you said was the best is my favorite too. What a perfect expression on his face.

In #9 I picture Finn saying "Get up already lazy bones, time to play" So cute and the ones with the glasses? Oh my, they should be entered into a contest. By far some of the cutest doggies pictures I've seen. Makes me want to take out the 'ol camera and take some shots of Toto. I have a picture of him with his "doggles" on (doggie goggles) which he happily wears when we are going to the dog park. Thanks for sharing
56ljreader
OMG how cute, with the matching collar and everything!!!. Quick story about these doggles. Like I mentioned I make Toto wear them, for the short trip to the dog park (to protect his eyes from debris), because that's the only time I let him stick his head out the car window. I strap him in and he stands on my left thigh and leans out the window usually resting his head on the side view mirror (don't cringe in horror everyone, it's a very short ride, and very slow going LOL) and every now and then someone points and laughs and sometimes even snaps a picture at a stop sign or the red light. I have a FaceBook friend who saw the page of a friend of a friend of a friend, who posted a picture of my Toto with the caption "The cutest thing we've ever seen driving down the street today" and there he was, with the profile of my face in the background. It was a cute picture I'll have to admit.

You guys will enjoy this flickr set. It's me trying to get 1 picture for a Christmas card. I deleted the fuzzy pictures of course, and ended up using 6 of these for a collage card.

I just love those boys! I would think it would be near on impossible to get them both to be still - and looking at the camera - at the same time!!

off of #46, we tried to dress outlaw up in 2 things~ we bought him a cheap little bow-tie at goodwill but he couldn't stand it (last halloween he was only about 6 months)! we also tried to dress outlaw up as little red riding hood (LOL). we put him in a small velvet skirt and american girl doll red-and-white bonnet but that didn't last a full minute!

Let's catch up a bit:
Hate to catch someone's backside, but here is Finn playing with Kirby's Christmas present while Kirby opens Finn's present.
One of Kirby's favorite pastimes...Hanging on the back of the couch. Finn is just standing behind him on the couch trying to figure out how to do it. He still can't get it down.
Checking out the snow and ice by the road

How precious is Kirby out in the snow with hs little snow sweater on! And how color complimentary it is!
62kirbyowns
That was his Christmas present. He loves putting on sweaters, and does a little shake/dance when we get one out for him. Finn hates to put them on. They kind of calm him down because he doesn't like them.

I am going to need to read up on this breed in case on day I find myself wanting another pup. It won't be anytime soon but there is something so charming about the boys. Finn's personality reminds me a bit of Benjamins. The boys are just charming!

Outlaw got a doggie snuggie for christmas and we use it for his jacket. he got a shorter haircut and he shivers in the snow. it looks so funny!

I've really been saving up some pictures, and finally got them all downloaded off my camera.
Here's a few:
Mr. Cuddlebug himself, upside down (he's not like this often)
Our Vulcher (that's what he looks like when he perches on the couch-he's asleep here)
Sunning themsleves
Helping dad put up the new door gate
Mr. Cool modeling his new jacket

Love the pictures BONS. Toto is ALWAYS on his back with his head lolled backwards and his feet in the air, in fact I just took this picture of him laying next to me as I type. So funny to see the sleeping positions of our doggies isn't it, I mean look at your guy, sleeping perched on the back of the sofa, very funny indeed. I really love the picture sleeping on the pillow in the sun. Should be on a greeting card or something.

The boys seem to approve! I tend to go thru puppy beds often, whenever I bring in the newest or the one most recently washed and restuffed and fluffed up Ben always lays claim immediately, "Oh, I'll take this one now".
Are you getting snow there?

Sophie gets disgruntled whenever I wash her bedding in her crate. Today she balked at going in there because the blanket was too big and fluffy and clean-smelling, having just come out of the dryer.

#72 too funny!
My other two are Goldens and they become disgruntled when Ben does his "suckling" on their bed, getting them nice & wet and then goes to his! Disgusted may be more like it!

Our Belle (the hound from hell) loves to take freshly washed dog beds and run rampant through the house. Rubbing it against anything she can find including herself and the other dogs. She also does this with the kitchen hand towels.
76kirbyowns
Twice now I have found Finnegan's new bed flipped over to the hot weather side. I'm not sure which one is flipping it over, and not sure if I will ever know.

Outlaw got a bed for Christmas and it was gone in 10 minutes! He chewed it all up! It was EVERYWHERE!

Today we bathed all three dogs and then groomed.
They all hated it but were very good. It is such a joy to have clean, fluffy dogs if only for a day or two.
We seem to be living with constant shedding and the bath helps a bit.

Latest frisbee game:
I love the way he carries the frisbee back to me. It's too cute.
">
This was an almost catch.
">
Um...wrong way Finnegan.
">
This is why we keep a stash of Pet Smart frisbees.
">
And Kirby could care less about what is going on.

hey Kirby! In that first pic you can see those adorable eyelashes of Finnegans! He looks so proud that I bet he's prancing back! Mr. Kirby must think he's old enough now to choose his own past times!!!
83kirbyowns
Yes, if he gets a frisbee there is no way of anyone getting it back from him. He likes to play, he just doesn't play fair.

I've got new pictures, but haven't downloaded them to Flickr yet. Also Finnegan has his own LT account now. He's FinneganEast. I found a hilarious book called The Complete Petrosexual at the Dollar Tree, so it was just $1. It's a hilarious book about modern dog style.

Precious Finn sportin' the look!
Hey Kirby, we have "Bark in the Park" here in the minor leagues outside of Atlanta. Pups everywhere go to the grassy area with their owners with giant pools set up for them and there is quite a turn out. Ben went last year wearing his Braves T. This year a nasty storm ruined it.
I am missing our groups doggie talk.

There's "Bark in the Park" days for the Naturals here too. I believe about once a month. I didn't know about it until after the first game we went to. I just haven't had time for anything lately. Hopefully after a while I'll have time to go and have fun, and post some more here.

I'd enlarge this pic, frame it and bring it out every season! Pure joy. Love it!!!

I love the sweaters! we have tried dressing outlaw up, but any sort of outfits never last long!
92kirbyowns
Well, as you see, Finnegan is not sitting. He wouldn't move once we put the sweater on him. He is "Smiling" because he's panting. Kirby, on the other hand, is super excited about the sweater and taking the picture. He was posing every which way to get a good picture.

there's those boys!
Oh, I heard your area got a bit of heavy snow. Pioneer Finnegan's blazing his own trail is proof enough. Ben adores the stuff and has had 2 opportunities to rejoice in it.

What awesome photos of Finn - particularly the last one (a fabulous action shot!).
Brontë loves her frisbee too, but tends to chase it until it's lower to the ground. She'll get her front paws up off the ground to catch it, but doesn't seem to have thought about jumping for it as yet.

Whoa...Finn, what a catch and what a shot! That makes David Beckham look like he's standing still as an amateur.
I love a pup that plays frisbee. Ben tackles a ball, a stick, a toy but when you toss the frisbee to him he seems to take offense as if you're intending to hit him & gets the silliest look on his face.
