It is located on the east side of Bay City, Michigan, in the downtown area. In addition to housing the largest collection of materials in the system, it includes a business resource center and core reference collection, a local history and genealogy room, a computer lab, an outdoor reading garden, several study rooms, and a large community meeting room. The administrative offices are located on the second floor. The website for the library system is easy to use.
