- Southern Appalachian Historical Association produces the outdoor drama Horn in the West, as well as the Hickory Ridge Homestead Museum. SAHA is a not-for-profit member organization dedicated to the preservation of the cultural heritage of the southern Appalachian region.
Authors with ties to the region have participated in SAHA events, including Robert Morgan, Sharyn McCrumb and Scott Nicholson. In addition to a gift/book shop, SAHA has a large used book sale every Saturday morning May through October. - Tillagd av
