Summary: I boy and his dad wake up in the night and start driving in their Jeep. On the way, they pick up others who needed a lift, got done working early, and others. At the end, the car went up a ramp that was up on a child's bed, and looked out the window sill at the sunrise.
Genre: Fantasy becuase the toys are the ones who are driving the Jeep up on top of their owner's bed to watch the sunrise on the window. The toys come alive and drive cars and work. Two activities that toys cannot do.
Style: The author uses rhythm to make the movement of the poem rhyme and flow nicely for the reader to read. He ends almost every page with Honk Honk Beep Beep so that they rhyme with the words. This allows early readers to follow along with the story and say those words when the reader pauses.
