Just read a chapter every day and I know why I'm meditating again. The chapters are short (half a page to a few pages) so it's always possible to find time to read one. I wanted to get to know more about mindfulness since it is a quite popular buzzword these days. This book provided me with a nice introduction to mindfulness interwoven with small stories and anecdotes which usually hit close to the mark. (
