A volcano is going to go off in the Pacific and destroy the island and maybe cover the Earth with soot from it as well.

Flash has an idea. Get Captain Cold and his cold guns to help cool the magma chamber and save everyone. Yep, where could that go wrong (hint, it goes wrong).

And so Flash has to figure out a way to save the island from the volcano and from Captain Cold. (
