Valeri Gorbachev goes back to Nicky and his family in this story. This story focuses on a child's imagination and how the world can become a blank canvas when you use your imagination. Nicky and his siblings are stuck inside on a rainy day so Nicky starts making up adventures they can all go on, like walking through the desert and swinging through the rain forest. After a day full of rain, the sun comes out and a rainbow forms and everyone goes outside and has a wonderful time. ( ) This book is about a young bunny named Nicky who has a sense for adventure and a wild imagination. One day, it rains and the bunny family is stuck inside. Nicky tries to convince his mother as well as the other bunnies that they need to move somewhere where it doesn't rain and they can play all day. He suggests places like the jungle, the desert, the mountains etc. Eventually it stops raining and Mother Bunny brings all the little bunnies out for a walk. There they see a rainbow and decide to go on an adventure to find the end of the rainbow. They are all content with where they live when they see they beauty that surrounds them after the rain. Nicky and his brother and sister were stuck inside on a rainy day. They are very bored so they let their imagination run free. They visit the desert, go to the mountains, the jungle, South Pole, and outer space, until they Mother notices the rain has stopped.
