Alexander and his friends meet ever more dangerous figures from the Netherworld. By now, they're quite adept in killing Netherwolves, but the shades and wraithkins are a whole different matter.

They all suffer from them, most of all Isabel, and, through her, Alexander.

Phane manages to get some power over Isabel, and she is a danger to even her loved ones.


This is yet another sequel that ends fairly abruptly, so I need to stock up on the sequels. ( )

This series was recommended to me by the new technology director and I found it as intriguing as he did. I purchased the entire series of seven books and couldn't stop reading until I finished! highly recommended.
