Psicología - Clásicos (113) Det finns inga diskussioner på LibraryThing om den här boken. I enjoyed this quite a bit. It reads easy. My only thought is to look up research in the field further. I understand that the author may be the primary researcher for this specific subject, and that he wants to promote his research, but only his studies are discussed in the book. I'm curious to see if there's replications of these studies, or rebukes from peers of the field. ( ![]() 18,90 18,90 Ariely's book is interesting and entertaining. His experimental descriptions and explanations are easy to follow. I like how he applies the findings to all sorts of everyday scenarios. He sometimes drifts a little bit far from the collected data, but I find that engaging and captivating. Sometimes, I was surprised by the research methods, for example, getting a research study with human participants approved because he happened to be friends with the right person. Don't they have an Ethical Review Board at MIT? Anyways, the points Ariely makes ring true and will hopefully improve my future decision making. Admittedly I'm a sucker for decent pop psychology. Much of the content is repeated elsewhere. (Thinking Fast and Slow provides much more content.) But if your goal is an introduction on cognitive bias, which ought to be required learning, this is the best one I've read. Highly recommended! inga recensioner | lägg till en recension
