Between-the-episodes adventures, including a very cute Boys' Day Out adventure where Rory and The Doctor are instructed by Amy to bond.

Two story arcs are contained in here with different artists. The first one has the Doctor and the Ponds off to Victorian London. They defeat the villain but the Doctor isn't happy with the win. The second one has Amy insisting that Rory and the Doctor spend some time together. Both stories were entertaining and a nice jump back into the Pond era.

There are two stories contained within this volume but the second one "The Doctor and the Nurse" really stood out. It's a wonderful romp focused mostly on Rory and the Doctor having an adventure without Amy, yet she's never far away. This is a story that I'd wished had been made into an actual episode of the show. (
