This short work is a very quick tale of a brief affair between a college student and a police officer. It is fun, erotic and provided me a break between longer reads. Perhaps the story will continue in a future work. My thanks to LibraryThing and the author for a complimentary copy. ( )

I loved the characters! Both are completely unique and interesting. The story was page turner which is a bonus. I will definitely look for more of this author's work in the future. ( )

This was a great prequel to a novel. You get introduced to the characters, but don't get all the details. You see a relationship beginning (a HOT one), but where does it go? It definitely leaves you wanting to know more and read the novel. The only problem I had (besides a few typos) was the end. It was a great story up until they got to the house. Then she made a hasty exit, followed by a rush to end the book. Look forward to reading more from this author. ( )

I really enjoyed reading this. David Drake is incredibly attractive, and he's completely taken with Michelle. I'm definitely looking forward to rest of the story. ( )

Mmmmmm, yummy! Will definitely read the novel if it is anything like this prequel. Very much draws you in right from the beginning. Loved the storyline. This short story left me wanting lots more! ( )
