The author gifted me this book because I enjoyed reading the second and third book in this series. I feel privileged to know this amazing author and being able to read her art is so a joy. Granted I am not a professional reviewer. I am horrible in grammar but that does not take away from my passion in reading or writing reviews especially for an amazing author like Genie.



Picture Perfect Legacy is the first book in the Legacy Series. This book starts out with Marly being stuck on the side of the road and Patrick pulling her out. Of course, Marly, halfway believes at the time that Patrick might harm her. However, that is not the case. He is on his way home from working on a case. Marly is a social worker trying to find the mother of a baby that was possibly sold.



This book is the first in the Legacy Series. However, this is a standalone read. Readers will not have to read any other book in this series. Yet, after finishing you will more than likely want to read the entire series because this one is so amazing. This author has created a work of art. This book catches the reader’s attention while reading the prologue and will not let go. I am patiently waiting for the rest of this series. I have read books 1-4. These books are quick reads but so very interesting.



If you are looking for a series that keeps you on the edge, wondering what will happen next, wondering how an author created a jaw-dropping, heart-stopping book. Then look no further. Genie has created that with this series.
