Although the diagrams look like they were done in powerpoint, the message that is conveyed is very clear and concise. This book cleared up those things that confused me about perspective. The best nugget I found is the diagram that shows the line of sight dropping like a plumb line below the ground line. This is the link between the plan view and the section view of the projection plane. Some other good books that offer alternative explanations are Basic Perspective Drawing A Visual Approach by Montagne and Design Drawing by Ching. Also, don't forget to look at Da Vinci's drawings for beautiful applications. ( )
