This book is about the infamous Curious George and his trip to the restaurant. As we all know, George has to know what is going on all around him. He trips a waiter and food flies everywhere. Then he spots a birthday cake. He makes a surprise enterance on top of the cake. The party is very happy to see George.

I loved Curious George as a child. I have probably read all his books and seen all his movies. His books always give me a good chuckle. He reminds me of the mischive I used to get into as a child.

In a classroom setting, you could let the children cut out a monkey out of construction paper. Then they could draw a setting of mischieve to put him in.
