"Firework" - This first novella in the book is by Melissa Brayden and set in the same universe that her book 'Heart Block' was. Emory, Sarah, and Grace were in the story, but it was the now CEO of GWB Lucy who was the mian character. She sits down for an interview with Kristin for a story Kristin is doing. The story doesn't wind up what Lucy thought it was going to be, and they also start falling in love despite everything.

"Getting Serious" - Idon't believe that I've read the Spangler book this second novella was based on. But, still, Iliked this story a lot. It was about Marty and Lisa. Lis, the friend of the two women, Joey and Elaine, from the book the novella was based on, meets Marty at Joey and Elaine's wedding reception. They go back and forth, and I was definitely kept guessing if it'd be a happy ending or a sadder one.

"Risk Factor" - Apparently I sort of enjoy the lesbian romance stories with horses in them. This third novella is another story where horses are front and center. The two main charactersare Myra and Ainslee. Myra has just started a new class with Veterans and horses. And Ainslee is one of the students. But, of course, more than that has a chance to happen too.

Ireally liked all three novellas. Two of them were by a couple of my very favorite authors, and Ireally liked the Spangler story too.

I was super excited when I saw this book was coming out, and it did not disappoint.
