Det finns inga diskussioner på LibraryThing om den här boken. Wow! Could not put this book down! Suspenseful from the beginning. Not sure which way it was going, then it went another way. I love thrillers, and this was one of the best. Warning: If you have bern a victim of domestic violence, I would not recommend. Implausible plot and mediocre story. Good narration for the audiobook though. It's readable and mildly entertaining but nothing I'd recommend. I've definitely read more believable and creepier villains. Also, I dislike abrupt endings. Very readable or in my case, listenable. i enjoyed this even if I guessed a fair portion of the plot fairly early on. inga recensioner | lägg till en recension
The perfect marriage? Or the perfect lie? Everyone knows a couple like Jack and Grace. He has looks and wealth, she has charm and elegance. You might not want to like them, but you do. You'd like to get to know Grace better. But it's difficult, because you realise Jack and Grace are never apart. Some might call this true love. Others might ask why Grace never answers the phone. Or how she can never meet for coffee, even though she doesn't work. How she can cook such elaborate meals but remain so slim. And why there are bars on one of the bedroom windows. This was a good thriller, somewhat creepy, with a character you can't help but hate. Lots of manipulation throughout, and though there are some aspects that are a bit farfetched, this one kept me gripped and wanting to know what would happen next. Can't go into a lot of detail without giving away the plot, but it's a good one! Recommend! (
