What I loved about this story was being able to control the heroine's decisions. There were usually only three options at the end of a chapter, but I still felt like I got a variety of scenes that I could have her play out. Each story is short, but depending on how many times you go back and make different choices, you'll get more mileage out of it. I read four different variations and I'm not done yet.
I can't imagine the amount of work that goes into writing a Choose Your Own Adventure type of book. Having the story flow depending on what the reader picks, and having to keep all the facts straight seems like a daunting undertaking. I realize that this book is still in its editing stages, but there were a few inconsistencies that drew me out of the story:
1) Tegan meets Master Grant and thinks he's a new Dom. Further on in the story, they talk about the last time they'd played together.
2) After selecting my next scene, the hero or heroine would do something they'd already done in my previous chapter selection making it seem as if my current choice wasn't a continuation.
3) Two scenes were nearly identical except for a few minor changes, i.e. changing out the name and type of pleasure apparatus.
If those kinks get worked out, I think this will be a highly enjoyable and titillating read. The scenes were all very erotic and scorching hot, but it wasn't just all about the sex. Tegan was looking for that one special person who could accept the different sides of her and love her. It seemed that in her pursuit of pleasure, she was a little blind to the effect she had on certain individuals. I enjoyed seeing her come to realization that perhaps she had been standing in the way of what she wanted most. Of the men, Master Grant was my favorite. This was a fun adventure, and the different options made this book something you could read over and over.
