I liked it. I liked the way it all played out. I liked how Audrey and Rian came together as a couple. Yet ... I found the buildup to the rescue mission (all of the drawn-out white witch speeches) overly long and a bit distracting to the momentum of the scenes. It made it hard at times for me to focus and feel the need to keep going to the novel. Nevertheless, I would still recommend this novel and series to those who are looking for a suspenseful paranormal romance! I found the buildup to the rescue mission (all of the drawn-out white witch speeches) overly long and a bit distracting to the momentum of the scenes. It made it hard at times for me to focus and feel the need to keep going to the novel.
Nevertheless, I would still recommend this novel and series to those who are looking for a suspenseful paranormal romance! (
