Too many plot holes and about 100 pages too long for this to be enjoyable. ( )

Est-il possible que Harry Hole reste en semi-retraite? Pas quand un vampiriste rôde dans les rues d'Oslo!
Hole est fidèle à lui-même, plus allergique aux règles que jamais, prenant des risques mal avisés et gérant mal ses émotions, le tout dans un tourbillon de fausses pistes, d'événements surprise et d'action - il faut le dire - assez gore. On est loin d'Agatha Christie.
Malgré les 600+ pages, on dévore le livre jusqu'à la fin qui, en plus, laisse présager une suite. La ribambelle de personnages est parfois difficile à suivre et les détournements sont parfois in congrus, mais c'est facile de laisser au jeu.
Excellent passe-temps. ( )

Jo Nesbo has quite the twists and turns. This book makes you think one thing is happening when it is really something else. You could read this book on its own, but you'd be better served reading them in order. ( )

Once again, figuring out the killer was easy. I think I just zipped through this one so as to start reading The Knife. And the whole thing with the doctor and Wyller... aah, just too much. You can see the red herrings for what they are. ( )

Harry Hole, now retired, returns to duty to search for the "one that got away". ( )
