This is the second in the Blood Bowl series of books by Matt Forbeck, and it is nearly as good as the first. The violence and fast paced action keeps you engaged. However, even though this is the second book, the characters seem less sympathetic, and there is an awful lot of whining and clichés.

In this book the Bad Bay Hackers are completely destroyed by the Chaos All-Stars, and the coach, sick of losing, goes to Albion to get a relic that will make the team undefeatable. Unfortunately the Albion Cup (The relic) is tainted with evil and makes the Bad Bay Hackers into a killing machine. ( )
