"Since Donald Trump was nominated for president, Keith Olbermann has emerged as one of America's most acerbic, insightful, and inspirational anti-Trump commentators. In his hit GQ Web series T/Je Resistance, Olbermann consistently takes our commander in chief and his indecipherable politics apart with journalistic acuity and rhetorical Hair. Tough, cutting, Witty; and relentlessly hard-hitting, Olbermann's monologues have garnered him a new generation of fans and followers--and they're ready to join the fight. Trump Is F*cking Crazy is a collection of Olbermann's most compelling commentaries, beginning with his first installment, "176 Reasons Donald Trump Shouldn't Be President," in September 2016 and continuing through the summer of 2017. Olbermann weighs in on the most outrageous, sanity-questioning moments of the Trump campaign and administration, from the president's bizarre debate tactics and Cabinet picks to his late-night tweets and public appearances. His conclusion that Donald John Trump must go will resonate with every concerned citizen of the Resistance who--like Olbermann--refuses to normalize or condone the idea of Trump's America."--Jacket. Since Trump's presidential nomination, Olbermann's web monologues have garnered a new generation of fans and followers. Here he takes our Commander in Chief and his politics apart with journalistic acuity and his classic in-your-face humor.… (mer)

The ranting is a little exhausting, but then there is so much to rant about. ( )

This is a "sentimental" look back at the 2016 presidential election and Trump White House from September, 2016, through June 2017 via the author's commentaries written at the time. While it is obvious that the author is not a Trump fan, this does not mean everyone should not read it. There is a lot of information here that we need to be reminded about, because with the Trump presidency, there are often too many things going on at once to pay attention to them all, even the most important one. This is a president who rules by chaos, often in an attempt to deflect attention to some real issues. I enjoyed this stroll down memory lane and eagerly watch the continuing Mueller investigation because this is one of the most exciting and terrifying political times in our nation. ( )
