Continuation of the story which began in the potato factory, with many returning characters. Definitely a lot of coincidence, as another reviewer states, but I didn't find that too be too annoying or unbelievable; rather I enjoyed being reintroduced to returning characters, and figuring things out before they could be explained to me. The main characters evolved and devolved which kept things interesting and helped me to know and love them more and more. Basically this was a good read that kept me interested in the story from begining to end. The background to places and events were well described and believable. However, the number of "coincidences" were not so believable and while necessary for the story, detracted to its believability. The attempts to reflect the language/accents of the time made smooth reading of the dialog somewhat difficult. inga recensioner | lägg till en recension
