In a distant kingdom, a couple of kings were preparing to celebrate the birth of a daughter, inviting all the important figures of their kingdom, except for a fairy who was famous for being angry. Angry at not having been invited to the party, the fairy put a curse on her baby, prophesying that she, upon turning eighteen, would sink into an eternal sleep. The kings tried to avoid this ominous fate, but the words of the fairy were fulfilled to the letter and the princess fell into a dream from which no one could wake her, a dream that little by little infected the entire palace. Thus the years passed, until a brave prince found his way to the castle and lifted the curse that haunted the entire king's court.
