A little less shallow than the others. It had cringing moments that I had not felt the like of since Anne of Green Gables. ( )

Set in Pullman, WA, although the setting isn't key to the story.

This was just ok. The main character was pretty shallow, and the story was predictable. The saving grace was that were several funny scenes and a couple of laugh out loud moments. ( )

This book is about this girl named Samantha she wants to be the student body president for her school. She is a cheerleader and she is always judging people for how they look when she is with her friends they insult people too. Even though she has a bad GPE, she still wants to be the president. I do not think there is nothing bad about this book I actually like this book I especially like when Samantha talks to her friends. At the very end Samantha changes her attitude towards people and how they look I guess because she did not want the elections made her to become a better person. She says that all’s fair in love, war, and high school. She had good luck with guys but not in school, I only think that the end should be more exited I mean I did like the end but it just need a lit bit of excites. ( )

I really like this book I think it is interesting to read. When I first started reading it I thought it was kind of boring but later on it was a good book. This book it’s about this girl named Samantha that wants to be the body president for High School but she has a bad GPE. Even she knows that her score is no the best she wants to win the elections so she can go to the college she wants. She is a cheerleader at her high school she is always judging people for how they look and who they are. At first she has some problems in her personal life and at the high school but she says all’s fair in love, war, and high school. I really enjoyed reading what Samantha says and when she talks to her friends. At the very end Samantha did not won the elections but she changed her attitude towards people. I really like this book so I don't think ther's nothing bad about it. ( )
