En av de bästa romaner jag läst! Vilket enormt forskningsarbete Stone lagt ner före nedtecknandet! De drygt 700 sidorna ger läsaren stor inblick i skapandets villkor och förståelse för Michelangelos fantastiska konstverk, skulpturer, måleri och arkitektur. Stones berättelse har följt mig, när jag beundrat Micahelangelos verk på plats i Firenze och Rom. ( )
