This is the first book in a poetry series titled "Coming Home". The material, sub-titled "A soul journey through the dark ages", is a bit dark as it deals with issues, such as, self harm, suicide, and trying to cope with death and loss in a therapeutic way, with poetry as a way to cope and find a way towards self acceptance and progressing to ones individual enlightenment. The second book in the series, "Coming home", is sub-titled "A soul journey through the age of Enlightenment", is much more uplifting and positive as it shows the process of the authors own experience on the path of maturing towards self enlightenment and self acceptance and the process of coming home, in the body and life that each has been given. You are invited to join this journey for oneself or to better understand someone who suffers from mental illness and the thoughts that go through the mind as one tries to find solace in a time of struggle.
