This small book provides a us definitive structure to enable us to overcome the hurts and traumas aquired in life. If we place ourselves within this structure it allows us to gradually come into wholeness in Christ and fulfill God's calling in our life. This map includes the essential components of 1), a life centered in Christ and 2), being in a safe community (or a small group) where the joy of being cherished brings about our gradual healing and wholeness in Christ.
