(  ) j_tuffi | May 30, 2020 | Thoroughly enjoyed this tale. The moral of the story is be careful what you wish for as none of the wishes granted by the sand fairy prove joyous. Similar to the Railway Children the protagonists move from london to the kent countryside where they find a psammead (sammyadd) who can grant them wishes.
